As of Januari 2011, the Foundation has come to the end of its time of operation, so it is no longer possible to apply to the foundation for financial support.
Financing and support
The foundation will be able to provide direct financial support for activities and/or assist in finding sponsors. Furthermore, the foundation can assist with setting up activities in either country by making available experiences and contacts of the foundation itself and partner organisations. The activities of the foundation will follow Dutch international cultural policy and will involve Dutch funds and institutes, the Dutch diplomatic posts in China and partners in China.

The Netherlands China Arts Foundation invites Chinese and Dutch cultural organisations to inform the foundation of their plans for collaborative Chinese-Dutch activities at an early stage. The director can then assess whether the activity fits the objectives of the programme and thereby can be considered for incorporation into the programme, and for financial and/or practical support. Please send a brief description of the project (no more than two pages), to , in which at least the following is described: the nature and objective of the activities, the partner organisations, locations and data, and an overall budget.
