The Netherlands China Arts Foundation will be managed by director Mr. Martijn Sanders (independent consultant and former General Director of the Amsterdam Concertgebouw) and business manager Mr. Paul Mosterd of SICA, the Dutch Service Centre for International Cultural Activities. SICA will also take care of the secretariat of the foundation.
