Netherlands China Arts Foundation ends activities

Since the summer of 2007, the Netherlands China Arts Foundation has supported, initiated, and organised a lot of activities in the Netherlands and in China. The Foundation was set up for four years, so from January 2011, it is no longer possible to apply to the foundation for financial support.
Of course experiences and contacts of the foundation will be made available for the cultural fields in China and the Netherlands. SICA, that has been involved in the running of the foundation from the start, is setting up the digital platform www.culturalexchange-cn.nl, that is to be operational in May 2011. The website will focus on cultural exchange between China and the Netherlands. It will provide information on the state of affairs in different disciplines and will list upcoming events in both countries. Additionally, the site will offer tools for finding partners, ideas and inspiration
